1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hukkum AI ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), available at hukkum.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Hukkum AI is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that provides:

AI-based chart analysis using Claude AI (Anthropic)
Live market data integration via Dhan API
Option chain analysis and Greeks calculation
Market news aggregation and sentiment analysis
Portfolio tracking via connected Dhan account

All analysis, signals, and forecasts provided are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Hukkum AI, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@hukkum.com
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Subscription and Payments

Hukkum AI offers a paid subscription plan at ₹249 per month. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by emailing contact@hukkum.com
No refunds are provided for partial months
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable except in the following cases:

Technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours
Duplicate charges due to a billing error

To request a refund, contact us at contact@hukkum.com within 7 days of the charge.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Hukkum AI integrates with third-party services including:

Dhan (DhanHQ) — for market data and portfolio access. Your Dhan access token is your responsibility. We store it securely to provide the Service.
Anthropic Claude — for AI-powered analysis. Your chart images and market queries are processed by Anthropic's API.
Razorpay — for payment processing. We do not store your card details.

Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Investment Advice

Hukkum AI is NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor. The signals, analysis, forecasts, and recommendations provided by this platform are generated by artificial intelligence and are for educational purposes only. They should not be construed as investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell any securities, or guarantees of future performance. Trading in equities, derivatives, and options carries significant risk of loss. You may lose all or more than your invested capital.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hukkum AI and its operators shall not be liable for:

Any trading losses incurred based on signals or analysis from this platform
Inaccuracies in market data provided by third-party APIs
Service interruptions or downtime
Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Redistribute or resell analysis or signals from the platform
Use the platform to manipulate markets or engage in market abuse

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Hukkum AI is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of Hukkum AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
